Police have made a major breakthrough in the hunt for a serial sex attacker in Waterlooville. A 16-year-old boy from Portsmouth was arrested tonight on suspicion of multiple sexual offences.
The teenager remains in custody as officers continue their investigations. The arrest followed a police appeal on Thursday that urged the public to come forward with any information.
Detectives continue to probe the case and are asking anyone with information to call 101, quoting incident number 44180298470, or to report anonymously on 0800 555 111.
