Police were called to the New Road area at approximately 9:30pm on June 3 following reports of a serious stabbing incident.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with grave injuries and is currently fighting for his recovery.
Two 17-year-old males, one from Royal Wootton Bassett and the other from Swindon, have been charged with possession of a knife in public and section 18 grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent.
The suspects are currently remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on June 5.
