Six men arrested over the murder of Ryan Burton have been released on bail as the police investigation continues. Ryan Burton, 34, from Kettering, died at University Hospital Coventry on Thursday, January 16. His death followed a violent assault near Spring Rise Park, close to Highfield Road, just before 7pm on Friday, January 10.

The six men, originally arrested on suspicion of assault, have now been released on bail while inquiries proceed. The group includes four men from the local area.

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for anyone with information, including doorbell or dash-cam footage from Spring Rise Park between 6:30pm and 7:30pm on January 10, to come forward. Witnesses are asked to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 25000018864. Information can also be submitted online via the Major Incident Public Portal (MIPP) or anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555111.

The local community remains deeply affected by Ryan Burton’s tragic death. Friends and family are grieving and demanding justice. Police have pledged to pursue every lead as the inquiry continues. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
