A beloved father from Basingstoke has died following a devastating single-vehicle crash on the A303 near Andover. Stuart, 44, of Garrett Court, Oakley, lost his life after his Ford Mondeo collided just before 7.30am on 27 February.

Stuart’s family spoke out today, describing him as “a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend, loved by all who knew him.”
“He was a man who lived life to the full, brought joy to many and he will be sadly missed.”
