Topshop Storms Back to UK High Streets via John Lewis
Topshop is back—this time inside every single John Lewis store across the UK. The iconic brand, which shuttered all its standalone shops in 2021, will now be featured in all 32 John Lewis department stores. This bold move signals a massive spring/summer expansion and brings Topshop roaring back onto high streets nationwide.
The partnership aligns with John Lewis’ £800 million overhaul to refresh its stores and ramp up its fashion game.
From Collapse to Comeback: How Topshop Returns
After the Arcadia Group’s collapse in 2021, Topshop and its brother brand Topman disappeared from physical stores. Online giant ASOS bought the brand, keeping it alive digitally, but fans keenly missed bricks-and-mortar shopping.
Last year, Topshop tested the waters with a Liberty, berkshire999.co.uk/where/london/" title="London" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">London launch. Now, with the John Lewis deal, Topshop will have a full presence nationwide. Topman, meanwhile, will appear in just seven select John Lewis stores.

Shoppers can snap up Topshop’s hottest 130 pieces, from its legendary denim to fresh new-season shoes. These items will also be available online via John Lewis, offering the best of both worlds.

The Topshop comeback hits just as London Fashion Week dazzles the city, with a flashy Piccadilly Circus takeover and more UK-wide events in store.
John Lewis managing director Peter Ruis says this deal is a game-changer in their fashion revamp.

Alongside Topshop, John Lewis is rolling out 14 fresh fashion, jewellery, and accessory labels, plus a sleek redesign of its Oxford Street fashion floors.
