Firefighters Battle Blaze on Overturned Lorry
Emergency crews rushed to the scene just before 1pm on Wednesday. Firefighters from Slough, Maidenhead, and nearby stations tackled a fire on the lorry, preventing flames from reaching its haul of biomass fuel.
Lorry Driver Seriously Injured in Crash
The truck driver suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. His condition remains critical.
