7 Years On, Georgina Gharsallah’s Mysterious Disappearance Haunts Worthing

It’s been seven years since Georgina Gharsallah vanished from Clifton Road, Worthing, on March 7, 2018. Despite extensive police efforts, she remains missing – and her family still desperate for answers.

Detective’s Emotional Plea: “Time to Break Your Silence”

Detective Superintendent Andy Wolstenholme, leading the investigation, has launched a heartfelt public appeal. In an open letter, he urges anyone with information to come forward. He said:

“Seven years. Seven long years, you’ve kept a secret that is causing so much pain and heartbreak. Isn’t it time you gave it up?”

He reminds the public of the torment Georgina’s loved ones endure – her mother, father, children and sisters all still awaiting closure.

“Put yourself in their shoes. They’ve endured sleepless nights waiting for Georgina to come home. They’ve replayed conversations and moments spent with Georgina, not realising at the time they would be the last ones before she disappeared.”

Could Your Tip Crack the Case?

Detective Wolstenholme insists even the smallest detail could unlock the mystery. He challenges anyone protecting others to consider their loyalty:

“Are you protecting someone? If so, ask yourself – would they do the same for you if the tables were turned?”

He reassures potential whistleblowers they can stay anonymous via Crimestoppers, adding:

“Keeping that to yourself is a lot to have on your conscience, isn’t it?”
