Vandal Strikes Seven Cars in Early Morning Blitz

At least seven vehicles were trashed in the early hours of Sunday, 27 February 2022. The car crime spree hit Lime Road, Hart Dyke Road, Rowen Road, and Lynden Way between 1.30am and 1.45am.

Resident Confrontation Sends Suspect Fleeing

The vandal fled after being challenged by nearby residents. Several windows and windscreens were smashed, leaving a trail of damage.

Police Hunt Young Male Suspect

Kent Police have launched a house-to-house investigation and want the public’s help. Officers are checking if the same man caused trouble elsewhere.

The suspect is described as:

  • White male, late teens to early 20s
  • About 5ft 7ins tall, slim build
  • Dark brown hair, long on top
  • Wearing dark clothing

Residents living near the affected roads are urged to check private CCTV footage and report any suspicious activity.
