Oxfordshire Police have released a CCTV image as part of their investigation into a string of vehicle thefts that occurred across the county. The incidents took place between 1am and 3am on Thursday, 6 June, targeting vehicles in the areas of Kingston Bagpuize, Southmoor, and Longworth.

During the theft spree, cash, cards, laptops, bags, and clothing were stolen from multiple vehicles. The police are treating the incidents as linked and are actively seeking information to identify the suspect involved.

Investigating officer PC Tom Pryor, from Faringdon police station, said: “I am releasing a CCTV image of this person as I believe that they may have information vital to this investigation.” He urged anyone who recognises the individual or has any details about the break-ins to come forward.

Members of the public can assist the investigation by calling the police on 101 and quoting reference 43190169592. Alternatively, reports can be made online via the official police website. Anonymous tips can also be provided to the charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
