The crash near Junction 14 has resulted in heavy congestion, with over a mile of tailbacks building up as drivers face long delays. Road users are urged to follow the official diversion route marked by the “hollow triangle” signs to avoid the congestion. The recommended diversion is to exit the M25 at Junction 14 and take the 3rd exit onto the A3113. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A3044. Then bear left onto the A4 and head towards M4 Junction 5. Join the M4 eastbound at Junction 5 and continue to Junction 4B, where you can rejoin the M25 clockwise.
