A notorious drill rapper has been spotted on CCTV boarding a London bus after fleeing custody — again. Police are scrambling as their search for the 21-year-old enters its ninth day.

Daniel Boakye’s Double Hospital Breakout

Daniel Boakye, known in the music scene as DSavv, was scheduled for deportation to Ghana later this year. He’s serving six years for a string of knife-point robberies after his July 2023 conviction.

The 21-year-old made his first break on 10 February, escaping from police escort at West Middlesex University Hospital. Officers chased and caught him the very next day.

But on 15 February, Boakye struck again. Police say he absconded around 3:05pm from Lewisham Hospital, where he was being treated under guard. Despite a chase, he vanished from sight.

CCTV Reveals Latest Sighting

The fresh CCTV footage shows Boakye boarding a London bus, wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a dark grey zip-up jacket, and black trainers with white soles. Police have not disclosed the bus route.

In a brazen move, Boakye posted a video to his Instagram account—boasting nearly half a million followers—rapping and smoking what looks like cannabis with the caption: “I’m free.”

Police Urge Public to Help Find Escaped Rapper

“Officers searching for a 21-year-old man who absconded from Lewisham Hospital are releasing a new image as they continue to appeal to the public for information,” a Metropolitan Police spokesperson said.

“Daniel Boakye was in police custody in hospital when he absconded at around 15:05hrs on Sunday, 15 February. Officers gave chase but could not detain Boakye and he left the area.

“He is described as a black man of slim build and was last seen wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a dark Nike jacket, as shown in the recently released image.”
