Flames tore through the Odeon cinema in Canterbury just before 2pm on Saturday, 14th February 2026. Kent Fire and Rescue teams sped to the scene to fight the fierce blaze.
Roof Engulfed as Firefighters Race to Control Inferno
The fire is thought to have ignited in the roof space, quickly spreading through the top of the building. Multiple fire engines and a high-reach vehicle were called in to tackle the flames and bring the situation under control.
