Firefighters raced to the scene after receiving the call at 12:06pm. A total collapse of the property left rubble from top to bottom. Fire crews from West Hampstead and Battersea stations battled to secure the site.

Ten people living nearby were quickly evacuated as a precaution. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident.
