Firefighters raced to the scene after receiving the call at 12:06pm. A total collapse of the property left rubble from top to bottom. Fire crews from West Hampstead and Battersea stations battled to secure the site.

Neighbours Evacuated, No Injuries Reported

Ten people living nearby were quickly evacuated as a precaution. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident.

Firefighters Secure Scene, Work with Experts

The London Fire Brigade made the area safe and teamed up with the local authority’s structural engineer to assess risks. The emergency was declared over by 2:46pm.
