NatWest is swapping out all its debit cards from Visa to Mastercard. Customers have been told to watch the post for their “shiny new card” arriving soon.

But beware! NatWest warns scammers love these card swaps and urges customers to stay sharp. “Scammers love it when people get new cards, so be wary of unexpected phone calls, texts or emails from anyone claiming to be from the bank,” the bank said.
Your account won’t be affected and your PIN stays the same, so no panic there. Just remember to update your card details wherever you pay recurring bills – think subscriptions and phone contracts.
