Police hunting a man over a serious sexual assault in Alton have issued a striking e-fit to help track him down. The victim, 21, was targeted by three men near an alleyway on Chauntsingers Road late on November 16, between 11pm and 1am the next morning.

One of the men sexually assaulted the woman during the horrific incident. Officers are now urgently appealing for information and want to speak to the man pictured in the e-fit.

- White male, aged 45-50
- About 5ft 8ins tall with a large build
- Round face with wrinkles around eyes and forehead
- Bump on bridge of nose and rotten teeth
- Short stubble and greasy, spiky dark hair
- Very dirty hands
- Wearing a large coat with low flat collar and dark jeans
