Teen Stabbed to Death Near Mosque in Smethwick

A shocking stabbing outside a mosque in Smethwick has ended with an 18-year-old dead and a murder probe launched by West Midlands Police.

Bloodbath on Oldbury Road

Police were called just before 9pm on 20 February after reports of trouble near a mosque on Oldbury Road. They discovered the teenager suffering from serious stab wounds. Paramedics battled to save him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other men, aged 19 and 22, were also stabbed and rushed to hospital. Thankfully, their injuries are not life-threatening.

Police Hunt Attackers – No Motive Confirmed

Officers said the stabbing is not currently being treated as religiously or racially motivated. They are working urgently to identify those involved and uncover the full story behind the brutal attack.
