Tragedy on A33: Pedestrian Dies After Evening Crash

Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal collision on the A33 at Kings Worthy last night. A 21-year-old man from Cheriton was hit by a white Ford Kuga at around 5.28pm.

Man Dies in Hospital

The victim was rushed to Southampton General Hospital but sadly died from his injuries this morning. His family have been informed and are receiving support from officers.

Driver Unharmed

The driver, a 45-year-old man from Chandler’s Ford, escaped without injury. Sergeant Jon Bates from the Roads Policing Unit urged anyone who saw the crash to come forward.
