At 3.22pm on Monday, May 2, a violent home invasion took place on Queen Street, Portsmouth, when four masked men forced their way into a residence and brutally attacked a woman in her 30s. The victim sustained injuries to her face, legs, arms, and ribs during the frightening incident.
During the attack, the assailants stole a rucksack filled with cash before fleeing the scene.
Following days of thorough investigation, Hampshire Police have released an e-fit image of a key suspect captured on camera. The suspect is described as a white male, aged between 16 and 20, with a pale complexion and a round, “baby face.” He has light brown hair cut to a ‘number 4’ length and wears large-rimmed, round glasses. His height is estimated between 5ft 7in and 5ft 8in, and he was dressed in a light grey North Face tracksuit. Witnesses also noted that he speaks with a regional accent.
Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying and locating the suspect.
