Grimsby Man Brutally Attacked at Railway Station
A man was viciously assaulted at Grimsby railway station in the early evening of Tuesday, 21 July. CCTV footage has now been released as police hunt two suspects involved in the attack.
Shocking Attack on the Platform
At around 7.15pm, the victim was sitting on the platform when two men approached him. One then launched a brutal assault, kicking and punching the man before throwing him onto the tracks. He hit his head on the rail but managed to scramble back onto the platform.
Despite his escape, the attackers continued to threaten him and hurled stones in his direction.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Officers believe the men caught on CCTV hold vital clues. If you recognise them, come forward immediately.
