Thief Busted After Tracker Snags Stolen Tools in Faversham
Police nabbed a man in his 30s after a tracker on stolen tools led cops right to him in Ospringe.
Tracker Alert Leads Straight to Crook
At around 11.30am on Monday 21 February 2022, officers were tipped off by a tracker fitted to tools nicked from a Western Link building site in Faversham just days earlier. The tracker took them to Water Lane, Ospringe, where they flagged down the van and detained the driver.

Suspect Arrested but Released Under Investigation
The man, local to Faversham, was arrested over burglary and handling stolen goods. He’s now out on bail as police continue their enquiries.
