A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the fatal stabbing of 26-year-old Tyler Hayward in Chingford. The suspect was detained at the Port of Dover following a major Metropolitan Police operation.

Officers were called to Chingford Mount Road at 9:14pm on Sunday, 6 July after reports of a stabbing. Tyler Hayward was found with a severe stab wound. Despite emergency services rushing to the scene, he tragically died there.
