Baseball Bat Attack Shocks Bradford Street
Police scrambled to Undercliffe Lane, Bradford, at 10.39pm last night after a savage assault involving a baseball bat.
Two Injured in Brutal Beating
Officers found a 35-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman battered at the scene. The man sustained a fractured hand and a head wound – thankfully not life-threatening. The woman suffered minor injuries. Both were rushed to hospital for urgent care.
Suspect Locked Up, Investigation Ramps Up
A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault connected to the attack. He remains in custody as detectives dig deeper into the violent incident.
