Teen Stabbed at Secondary School Near Queen Elizabeth Park

Three teenage boys were arrested today following a serious stabbing at a secondary school near Queen Elizabeth Park.

Emergency services rushed to the scene at 12:33pm on Thursday, 13 March, after reports a pupil had been stabbed on school grounds.

15-Year-Old Victim Taken to Hospital

A 15-year-old boy was found with a stab wound to his leg. He was quickly treated and taken to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries aren’t believed to be life-changing, though he remains under medical care.

Three Arrested on Suspicion of GBH

Police arrested three teenage boys on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH). They are currently held in custody as investigations continue.

A police spokesperson said a crime scene stays in place and officers are working closely with school staff to piece together what happened.

School Evacuated; Police Search for Witnesses

As a precaution, all pupils were cleared from the building. No further injuries have been reported.

Police urged anyone with information or footage of the stabbing to come forward to assist ongoing enquiries.
