Police slap dispersal order on Lewisham’s Silwood Estate
Police have imposed a tough dispersal order across the Lewisham side of the Silwood Estate. The powers kick in from 6pm on 11 July until 6am the next day.
Which areas are in lockdown?
The order covers streets bordered by Concorde Way, Oldfield Grove, Somerfield Street, and Silwood Street. It also includes Bolina Road, Zampa Road, Stockhold Road, and Senegal Road.
Why the silence from Scotland Yard?
