Manhunt Underway for Southampton Robbery Duo
Police are hunting Kevin Owen, 38, and Andrew Havinga, 22, over a spate of robberies hitting businesses across Southampton and Eastleigh since November 20.

Officers have followed several leads but need the public’s help to track down the pair. If spotted, do NOT approach or attempt to talk to them. Call the police immediately.
A source close to the investigation revealed Kevin and Andrew may be hiding out on the Isle of Wight.

Detective Sergeant Damon Kennard warns: “Anyone who thinks they’ve seen these men should contact police straight away. You can remain confidential if you prefer.
“Friends or associates helping them to avoid arrest risk being arrested and prosecuted themselves.”
