Tunbridge Wells Drug Dealer Sent Nearly 10,000 Supply Texts in Just 3 Months
Massive Drug Operation Exposed
Alex Underwood, 29, was caught red-handed distributing cocaine and cannabis across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and nearby areas. Over three months, he blasted out a staggering 9,296 drug supply messages from his phone to more than 150 contacts.
Trap and Evidence Found
Police stopped Underwood as he headed to his car, expecting to find “a couple of bits and bobs.” Instead, they uncovered a stash including a stab vest, weighing scales, and loads of incriminating messages on his VW Passat phone.
Strong Words from Community Safety Unit
“Underwood’s criminality was far-reaching and impacted several communities including Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, and Hildenborough. Carrying a stab vest shows the violent threat behind this supply chain,” said the 123 Community Safety Unit.
“This sentence proves our officers are relentless in hunting down dealers who think they’re untouchable. Anyone involved in drugs here faces a tough prison sentence.”
