Swindon Drug Dealers Caged for Selling Cocaine Wholesale
Two major Class A drug runners pushing cocaine across Swindon have been locked up. Jake Stevens, 23, and Tyrone Richards, 25, played key roles in a large-scale drug network supplying local dealers.
Crackdown Follows Police Sting
The bust started last April with the arrest of Oskar Krzeszewski, who ran a crack cocaine and heroin line. Police traced his supply back to Stevens and Richards, who were operating as third-tier suppliers.
On 13 February at Swindon Crown Court, Stevens was sentenced to seven years and four months, while Richards got six years behind bars.
Massive Haul Unearthed in Raids
- At Stevens’ Wroughton pad, cops found £7,000 cash stashed under the bed, drug packaging, forensic gloves, and luxury items.
- Richards’ East Wichel home yielded large quantities of cocaine, cannabis, £2,355 cash, drug gear, an illegal EKOL handgun, and a zombie knife.
- A storage unit controlled by Stevens contained bundles of high-value clothing and more bulk cocaine.
Both men pleaded guilty to multiple offences including supply and possession of Class A drugs and criminal property charges. Richards also faced weapons offences.
Police Warn: Drug Dealers Beware
“Stevens and Richards were big players, supplying tens of thousands of pounds worth of cocaine across Swindon,” said DC Saunders.
“They stayed high up the chain to dodge risk but we caught them red-handed with cash and drugs. This verdict sends a clear warning to all drug dealers – we will dismantle your networks.”
