Police are on the lookout after an 82-year-old woman was seriously hurt during a shocking car theft on Blatchington Road, Hove.
The horrifying incident happened at around 5.30pm, with emergency services rushing to treat the elderly victim’s serious leg injury at the scene.

The culprit made off in the woman’s red Honda Jazz – registration DU56 VCE – speeding eastbound. Officers are urgently trying to trace both the stolen vehicle and the offender.
