The owner of New Welling Food and Wine on Upper Wickham Lane blew 69 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The UK limit? Just 35 micrograms. That’s a massive fail.
Banned for 17 Months and Hit with Heavy Fines
Sinnarasa faced Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 27, where he pled guilty to drink driving. He was slapped with a 17-month driving ban. However, he could get the ban shortened if he completes a rehabilitation course.
On top of that, he forked out a £530 fine, £85 court costs, and a £212 surcharge. A serious price to pay for getting behind the wheel drunk.
