Serious Hit-and-Run in Medway – Man Airlifted to Hospital

Detectives are hunting witnesses after a pedestrian was badly hurt in a collision on Hoath Way, Gillingham.

Crash Details

The smash happened just after 3.20pm on Friday, 15 February 2019. A 41-year-old man was hit on the south-bound carriageway near Bowaters Roundabout while using the pedestrian crossing. He suffered a serious head injury after colliding with a blue Toyota Yaris.

Victim’s Condition

The injured man was airlifted to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Call for Witnesses
