Paedophile Nursery Worker Jailed for 18 Years Over Sickening Abuse
A North London paedophile has been locked up for 18 years after a shocking 17-year spree abusing toddlers and young girls.
Vincent Chan’s Disturbing Crimes Exposed
Vincent Chan, 45, worked almost seven years at Bright Horizons nursery in West Hampstead after passing vetting checks. He pleaded guilty to 56 counts of child abuse, including attacks during naptime.
Police Operation Lanark uncovered that Chan’s vile offences stretched back nearly 20 years. CCTV revealed he secretly filmed children at another North London school between 2007 and 2017. His abuse at Bright Horizons happened from 2022 to 2024. Chan was finally arrested in June 2024.
Justice Delivered at Wood Green Crown Court
Chan appeared at Wood Green Crown Court on Thursday, February 12, where he was sentenced on all charges.
Bright Horizons labelled the crimes “horrific” and launched an independent review into their safeguarding procedures to prevent future abuse.
