Harley Cumber, 20, from Delphi Way, Waterlooville, has been slapped with charges of dwelling burglary and stealing a pedal cycle.
Snatched e-scooter and mountain bike
The charges follow a break-in at a Sandringham Road property on 19th September, where an e-scooter and a mountain bike vanished.
Court date set
Cumber has been remanded in custody and is set to appear before berkshire999.co.uk/where/portsmouth/" title="Portsmouth" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 15th December.
