Thomas Morgan, 29, has been locked up for life after mercilessly shaking his girlfriend’s baby while she was at work. On March 30, 2024, a furious row with his ex-partner pushed Morgan over the edge. The toddler’s mother, Georgia Griffiths, 24, broke down in court. “I never heard my son say he loved me or call me Mammy,” she sobbed. “I’ll never see him take his first steps or go to school. He was stolen from me.”
Adding to the agony, Morgan held a gender reveal party with his new partner on the anniversary weekend of Jensen-Lee’s death. “He moved on with his life while my family is shattered,” Ms Griffiths said, accusing Morgan of showing zero remorse.
Prosecutor Reveals Furious Rage Behind Attack
Prosecutor Caroline Rees KC told Swansea Crown Court Morgan “seriously betrayed the trust placed in him” by attacking the defenceless infant during an “extremely violent” outburst after an argument with his former partner. Morgan denied causing the injuries, claiming the baby choked on his own vomit and that he tried to save Jensen-Lee.
“The rage he showed was clear — he was no state to care for a child,” Ms Rees added.
