Man Jailed for Murder After CCTV Slams His Self-Defence Claim
Fatal Stabbing Exposed by CCTV
Sabin Manda, 32, from Ealing, has been found guilty of murdering 27-year-old Bajram Luli. The deadly attack happened on March 11, 2024, in Greenford following a drugs-related dispute. Manda insisted he acted in self-defence, fearing for his life – but CCTV footage blew his story apart.
Unprovoked Attack Captured on Camera
Right after the stabbing, Manda vanished, claiming he was scared of revenge. But police never gave up. Detectives tracked down CCTV footage showing the attack was totally unprovoked. Their hard work proved Manda’s defence was a lie.
Police Praise Efforts as Justice Served
“The team worked tirelessly to uncover footage that disproved Manda’s self-defence claim,” said Detective Inspector Adam Guttridge. “This was an unprovoked attack, and Manda now faces many years in prison. I hope this verdict brings some comfort to Bajram’s family.”
Jail Sentence Pending
Manda remains in custody and will be sentenced at Inner London Crown Court on October 11. The court’s verdict sends a clear message – CCTV doesn’t lie, and justice will catch up with those who think they can get away with murder.
