A 19-year-old man has been charged with murder after 24-year-old Drew Perham was found dead in Plymouth.

Layton Randle, 19, with no fixed address in Plymouth, faces murder charges following the tragic death of Drew Perham. The incident happened on Saturday, 24 January.
Court Date Set for Tomorrow
Randle is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 28 January.
Major Crime Team Investigates
Detectives launched a major investigation after Drew Perham was discovered dead in the water at Millbay Marina on Sunday, 25 January. He had been reported missing the day before.
Two More Arrested
- Police have also arrested two other 19-year-olds – one from Plymouth and another from Exmouth – on suspicion of murder.
- Both remain in custody as the inquiry continues.
