On Sunday, January 18, around 7pm, a masked man burst into Premier Stores demanding cash from the shopkeeper. The terrifying raid sent shockwaves through the local community.

Suspect Busted and Charged Only Two Days Later

Police arrested 37-year-old Przemyslaw Zielinski on Tuesday, January 20, linking him directly to the attempted robbery.

“The man demanded money from the shopkeeper. He has since been charged with attempted robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place.”

Court Appearance and Custody Remand

Zielinski faced court promptly and was remanded in custody. He is due back before the judge in February, as the community waits to see justice served.
