Crash on St Helen’s Road Leaves Woman Seriously Hurt
Just after midnight on Sunday, 18 January, a car smashed into railings on St Helen’s Road. A 23-year-old female passenger was badly injured and rushed to hospital. The driver fled the scene but wasn’t far away. Cops found and arrested Foster nearby.
Foster Pleads Guilty to Multiple Charges, Denies Kidnapping
- At Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 20 January, Foster admitted assault, aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, and home theft.
- He denied kidnapping and non-fatal strangulation charges.
- Foster remains locked up ahead of a Lewes Crown Court hearing on 18 February.
