A 29-year-old man, Michael King, has been sentenced to four and a half years in prison after supplying Class A drugs across South Sefton.
Michael King, who lives on Litherland Road, Liverpool, was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday, 12 July. He was arrested by police on 13 June 2023 on Stanley Street, Liverpool, after heroin and crack cocaine were found on his person.
A warrant executed at King’s home revealed two mobile phones containing evidence of his drug dealing activities. King faced seven charges related to drug supply as well as driving while disqualified. He pleaded guilty to all offences.
Detective Sergeant Gerard Farley said, “King operated a county lines drugs supply scheme across South Sefton, particularly in Bootle, Litherland and Seaforth. Thanks to a joint operation by Merseyside Police, we executed warrants at two properties and seized crucial evidence from mobile phones.”
He added, “This jail term proves we are relentless in going after county lines dealers and bringing them to justice.”
