Two More Men Hit with Charges Over Enfield Stabbing Death
Detectives have stepped up their hunt for justice following the fatal stabbing of 26-year-old James Amadu in Enfield. Two more men have been charged after the brutal attack.
Additional Charges for Franklyn Amadu and Dennis Goxha
Franklyn Amadu, 23, and Dennis Goxha, 19, both from Enfield, were hit with fresh charges on Tuesday, 5 November. They face violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon charges. The pair will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on 6 November.
Earlier Arrests: Murder Charges for Two Teenagers
The police had already charged Romeo Mapeza, 18, and a 15-year-old boy, both from Enfield, with murder on 2 November. Mapeza also faces an additional charge for possession of a bladed article. They appeared in court on 4 November and were remanded to face the Old Bailey on 6 November.
James Amadu’s Tragic Death
James Amadu was rushed to a north London hospital at 2:21pm on Thursday, 31 October, after suffering a stab wound during an incident on Blossom Lane, Enfield earlier that day. Despite emergency efforts, he tragically died from his injuries.
Ongoing Investigation by Specialist Crime Team
Homicide detectives from the Specialist Crime unit are continuing their investigation into the stabbing, determined to bring all responsible to justice.
