Police Hunt Two Men After Brutal Bristol Beating

Violent Clash Rocks Union Street

Avon & Somerset Police are scrambling to find two men involved in a savage attack on Union Street, Bristol.

The chilling assault happened just before 10pm on Saturday, 31 January, after multiple 999 calls reported a violent brawl.

Two men in their mid-thirties were punched and kicked while lying on the ground. One victim was KO’d and suffered a broken collarbone. He remains in hospital receiving treatment. The second victim has been discharged and is recovering at home.

CCTV Footage Breaks New Ground

Officers have combed through CCTV, collected forensic evidence, and spoken to witnesses. Now, they’ve released images of the two suspects:

  • Suspect 1: Asian, black hair and beard, wearing a long black wet-look puffer jacket, black trousers, and black shoes.
  • Suspect 2: Asian, short black hair and beard, wearing a grey T-shirt, grey coat with black collar, grey jeans, and white and black trainers.

Call Out To The Public

The pair allegedly fled the scene in a silver Mercedes C-Class and on foot towards Castle Park.

Police are urging anyone who recognises these men or has information to come forward immediately.
