Stabbing Shakes Gillingham’s Mill Road

Police rushed to Mill Road, Gillingham, around midday today (March 18) after a stabbing shook the usually quiet street. Officers and paramedics found a man with a serious stab wound. He was rushed to hospital with injuries that, luckily, aren’t life-threatening or worsening.

Armed Police Swarm Crime Scene

Armed officers flooded the area, cordoning off a house near Medway Park on Mill Road. Videos show a heavy police presence stirring alarm in the neighbourhood, as they secured the scene and launched their investigation.

Man Arrested, Police Hunt Witnesses

A 28-year-old man is now in custody over the stabbing. Kent Police are urgently appealing for anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
