Man Arrested After Stabbing Murder in Basingstoke Park
A 34-year-old man from Basingstoke is in police custody, suspected of murder.
Victim Found Dead in Russell Howard Park
Police were called to Russell Howard Park in South Ham shortly before 1.30am on Tuesday, 20 February. They discovered a man’s body. The victim, a 41-year-old local from St Peter’s Road, died from a single stab wound to the chest, confirmed by a post-mortem.
