Teen Mugged in Salford Park by Ginger-Haired Thief
A teenage girl was targeted in a shocking robbery during her morning walk in Peel Park, Salford. The attack happened around 8.15am on Wednesday in the Lower Broughton area.
Thief Snatches Phone and Bolts
The culprit, described as a white man in his 20s or 30s, snatched her mobile phone before sprinting off towards Chapel Street. Luckily, the victim was unharmed but left visibly shaken by the ordeal.
Police Hunt ‘Sinister’ Suspect
Greater Manchester Police labelled the incident “deeply concerning,” warning the public about an “unknown man clearly with sinister intentions.”
What the Attacker Looked Like
- About 6ft tall
- Short ginger/blonde hair with a crop fringe
- Plain blue hooded top with large front pocket
- Dark blue or black Adidas joggers with white side stripes
- White running shoes with blue and red accents
- Grey Puma backpack
