UK Covid Toll Update: Deaths Near 9,000 as Testing Hits Over 300,000

By 9am on April 10, the UK had completed a whopping 316,836 coronavirus tests, including 19,116 done just on April 9.

So far, 256,605 people have been tested across the nation. Of those, 73,758 have returned positive results.

Tragically, by 5pm on April 9, 8,958 Covid-positive patients who were hospitalised have lost their lives.
