Detectives are investigating a sexual assault that occurred on a Jubilee Line train between London Bridge and West Hampstead on Thursday 28 May.
The victim, a woman seated on the train around 1.40pm, was approached by a man who boarded at either Bond Street or Green Park station.
The suspect used a newspaper to conceal the assault.
After the victim confronted him, he moved further down the train and exited at West Hampstead Underground station.
Man Sought By Police
British Transport Police have released an image of the man in connection with the attack.
Officers believe he may hold vital information to assist the investigation and have urged the public to come forward.
Incident on the busy Jubilee Line
The assault took place on a busy east-west London Underground line during the afternoon rush.
The victim’s quick response led the suspect to leave at West Hampstead, where police are focusing part of their inquiry.
