His long-time manager discovered him unresponsive in a friend’s bathroom and declared him dead at the scene.
Coolio shot to worldwide fame in 1995 with his hit single “Gangsta’s paradise/" title="Paradise" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Paradise,” which won the Grammy for Best Rap Solo Performance and topped charts in 16 countries.
