His family was initially informed that Joshua had been rushed to hospital but then shockingly discharged himself the same night. He returned to his hotel room with a gauze on his arm, suggesting he had received a needle or IV treatment during his hospital stay. Questions remain about what happened during those critical hours.
A toxicology report revealed by Joshua’s mother, Jenny, showed seven different substances in his blood, each at dangerously high levels. This startling discovery prompted police to reopen the investigation as a murder probe.
Adding to the mystery, Jenny Harwood has shared photos online of a woman seen with Joshua shortly before his death. The family does not know the identity of this woman and is appealing to the public for help in locating her. One photo shows the woman holding Joshua’s belongings.
