A violent attack took place at the Rose and Crown pub on Grosvenor Road in Tunbridge Wells at around 10.20pm on Saturday, 27 April 2024. A man, who had been asked to leave following an earlier incident, threw a savage punch at a member of bar staff, causing serious facial injuries.
Police have released an image of the suspect in an effort to find the individual responsible for the assault. PC Chris Leary, the investigating officer, condemned the “unprovoked and violent assault” that has resulted in the victim requiring ongoing hospital care.
PC Leary said: “We are now releasing an image of a man who may be able to assist with our enquiries and are urging anyone who recognises him to get in touch.”
