A man was punched in the face during a late-night altercation at a nightclub on Goldsmith Street in Nottingham at around 2.10am on Sunday, 12 February 2023.
Following the incident, Nottinghamshire Police launched a full investigation. Officers have reviewed CCTV footage and conducted multiple witness interviews to piece together the events leading up to the assault.
Police Constable Sam Richardson said: “This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and we are determined to get justice for the victim.”
In an effort to identify a key suspect, PC Richardson added: “Officers have been working hard to understand exactly what happened. We are now releasing this image of a man we want to speak to.” He emphasised that the man may hold vital information to assist the inquiry.
