Police are urgently appealing for witnesses following a sexual assault involving a teenage girl in Allhallows, Rochester. The incident occurred at approximately 8pm on Thursday, 16 March 2023, while the victim was walking along Binney Road near Allhallows Marshes.

The brave victim managed to fend off her attacker before he fled the scene. The suspect is described as a slim man, about 6ft tall, wearing a dark hoodie and trousers.

Kent Police have increased patrols in the area and are keen to speak to anyone who was nearby or noticed anything suspicious around the time of the incident. Officers are particularly interested in any dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell camera footage that could assist in identifying and locating the suspect.

Anyone with information is urged to report it via the Major Incident Public Portal or by calling Kent Police on 01634 792209, quoting reference 46/48962/23. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111 or through their online platform.
